WANTED... Highly experienced, responsible, ambitious, organized Web Developer. This is a unique opportunity for a Web Developer with specified experience, skills and the ability to accept upfront risk with initial work in exchange for an equity position and cash. Experience -At least 5 years proven delivery of enterprise-class full-stack Java web applications Technologies -Must be Java + Grails Guru -Must have deployed and maintained a commercial application in the cloud, preferably Grail on Amazon Web Services -Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Security and Hibernate experience required -Web 2.0 development required -MySQL database required, other databases a plus Tools -Eclipse, JUnit with code coverage, Subversion Other Skills -Must be self-reliant and able to complete on-time delivery or top-to-bottom components with excellent testing -Must be able to examine and refine requirement with the product manager and web designer -Must have great communication skills and excellent documentation habits -Must have a verifiable track record of performance -Have a network and ability to build a development team is a plus Financial arrangements will be made in advance and in contract form. A sizable equity position (plus cash payment), officer position, and full time employment is possible for the right candidate.
